Religious Education Teaching Agreement

I agree to be a teacher in the ______________________ Stream class in Hamilton’s church school in the 20__ church year. I know the dates for which I am scheduled. If for some reason I am unable to fulfill this commitment, I will try to arrange my own replacement from the list of scheduled teachers for this year. Failing that I will contact the stream captain and/or Program Director for assistance in arranging a replacement.

I understand that I will be in contact with the Stream Captain and receive my materials at least 1 week before my teaching date. I will contact the Stream Captain with any questions or concerns.

I have read the Policy on Child Protection and agree to be governed by it.

All teachers (particularly those who have not taught in our church school previously) are encouraged to attend the teacher gathering scheduled by the Program Director.

Please return this signed agreement to the Program Director.
